COVID Update 27/11/2020
Plymouth is to be placed into Tier 2 when full lockdown restrictions are lifted on December
2nd, according to the government website (November 26). For us, this means that we will be carrying on as we have been: following the 'hands, face, space' guidance from the government, and making
sure the students stay in their class bubbles whilst inside the college - this will be monitored very closely by staff and we encourage all students to do their part.
This update also means we need to limit having visitors and parents into the college; please
get in contact with us via phone or email and we will be able to arrange something with you.
COVID Update 01/11/2020
Training providers are exempt from the Government imposed 4 week lockdown starting from
Thursday 5th November. For SWAW & Aspire2Live it is ‘business as usual’ and we look forward to welcoming all our students back on Monday 3rd November. Keeping everyone safe remains our top
priority and we are constantly reviewing our policies and practices
COVID Update 28/09/2020
Plymouth City Council have made some changes this week to try and improve access to
testing for learners and staff in Plymouth who have symptoms of coronavirus.
We have some exciting news! We are moving! Our new building is 210 Exeter Street PL4 0NH. It is not far
from our old site, and we are now just a 12 minute walk from the City Centre. It is on many major bus routes including the 5/5a, 21/21a, 50/51, 2/2a/3.
We are looking forward to seeing you all there in September. This new building will help us all be able to
keep a safe distance and follow COVID policies and procedures.
Level 2 - Mondays & Wednesdays, first day Monday 7th September
Level 3 - Tuesdays & Thursdays, first day Tuesday 8th September

Since the centre closure following Government announcements we are so impressed and proud of
how well our learners have adapted to Online Learning and the maturity that they have shown during these unusual times. All learners are now aware of the process and receiving regular correspondence
on their contact days, however if you have any questions, or experience any problems please do not hesitate to contact your tutor, Mel on 07786 241742 or Di on 07910 819899. We are not too sure how
much longer we will have to communicate this way, but will update you when we can and we can't wait to see you all soon. Stay safe & positive!
